Registration for Continuing Education Units - EFT Externship

Please note that this registration form is for the CEs associated with the 4-day EFT Externship.  Make sure that you are already registered for training before proceeding.

Participation dates are as follows: December 4 - 7, 2024

Training will take place from 9:00am - 5:00pm Central Time.  Up to 28 CEs will be awarded at the conclusion of this training following your completion of the required survey.  Any questions should be directed to EFT Tennessee via email at info@efttennessee.com.

EFT Tennessee has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6836. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. EFT Tennessee is solely responsible for all aspects of the program.
