DANA VINCE, MA, LPC/MHSP

Certified EFT Therapist & Supervisor
I'm a clinically trained and licensed psychotherapist specializing in family attachment serving children, adolescents and adults. I have a Master's Degree from Missouri State University and am Certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy. My passion in life is connecting individuals to the people they love and long for the most. As such, I tend to prioritize couples and family systems. I have a basic belief that all human beings were born with the capacity for success and happiness and find we are the most fulfilled when deeply connected to others.
As a Certified EFT Supervisor, Chris greatly enjoys the process of being able to help in the development of therapists as they train in the EFT model. He provides individual EFT supervision out of his office in Nashville and online via WebEx. To schedule supervision, please contact Marriage and Family Institute, LLC via email at info@marriagefamilyinstitute.org .
As a Certified EFT Supervisor, Kelly is passionate about the parallel process. Kelly seeks to support therapists in the journey of learning EFT “bottom up” style. This experiential approach is fulfilling for both Kelly and her supervisees. Kelly has provided several ways for clinicians to be engaged with the EFT community. She's the facilitator of the local listserv (subscribe here!) and has started a free resource hub for EFT Therapists (Superpower Alliance). Kelly also has an EFT Intensive E-Course and a Video Series for the Injured Partner in Betrayal Trauma. She provides individual EFT supervision for clinicians all over the world via Zoom. To schedule Kelly for supervision or for more information on ways to connect in the community, visit Kelly's Group Practice site: Red Therapy Group. Kelly wants you to know: wherever you are in your EFT journey - you are welcome!!

LINDSEY CASTLEMAN, LMFT
Certified EFT Therapist | EFT Supervisor in Training | AAMFT Approved Supervisor
Lindsey Castleman is passionate about transformation in relationships and because of this she very much leans in to the 'why' behind the way we show up in relationships. Uncovering the why is essential to transformation, otherwise it is just behavior change and that only lasts for so long. Lindsey has also experienced the benefits of therapy in her own life and marriage and wants to pass that experience along to others. Lindsey has been married to her high school sweetheart for 18 years and they have an 8 year old son and a dog.

Lindsey & her team have several offerings to include Faith & Attachment Member Group, Online courses, Supervision Groups for pre-licensed clinicians, Marriage workshops & intensives as well as a podcast!

Certified EFT Therapist | EFT Supervisor in Training | AAMFT-Approved Supervisor
As supervisor, I use my experience and knowledge around shaping processes to help expand the supervisee’s view of their clients and themselves as therapists. As such, I don’t try to do therapy through the supervisee by simply giving answers to client issues. Rather, I help the supervisee develop his or her own skill in thinking through client issues and interventions. I also help supervisees address person-of-the-therapist and counter-transference issues (as it can be useful in understanding their clients). I see supervisees as colleagues with wisdom and experience that contribute to my growth as a clinician. My stance is always with empathy and encouragement, attuned to supervisees where they are developmentally as clinicians and emotionally as people.
